Did
ya'll hear that loud squeal at about 5:30p.m. today? That would be me. Look what I got in the mail today...

I got it via my newest addiction, the
Flickr swap group. It's a good thing fabric can be washed because I'm certain I drooled on it ( oh please, you know you would have too!). I also received my block from
Dallas from
AQB1:

She even sent me a piece of Belgium chocolate but it didn't make it to the photo op...My quilt top for
AQB1 is about 90% done so I'll finish it tonight and post it. That is if I can tear myself away from
Flickr...
Yay! You got one of my blocks (blue and orange Amy Butler, top row). I added mine to my 9 patch quiltalong quilt.
ReplyDeleteBoo! You didn't get any of my blocks! And before I even read Rachael's comment, I thought that hers the was the best block ;)
ReplyDeleteYou got one of my blocks :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd yes I would have drooled on the fabric as well, and maybe hugged it a bit, and definatly stroked it numerous times!
That block is gorgeous. What a fabulous mail day!
ReplyDeleteI really like that offcenter block - it's like taking a photograph of a normal block, but only showing one side. Interesting!
ReplyDeleteOH how fun. I love the block. So unusual and pretty. Fabrics are lovely too.
ReplyDeleteI hope the chocolate made it without melting. :) And I love the VW bus fabric - I've been hording some pink and blue for a while now. :)
