I couldn't stop at two so I made a few more. 28 more to be exact. Oops.
This one's a teensy bit closer to be made into a quilt top. No, I don't have backing for it but I do have the binding made....

Your finished block will be 10.5"x12". I made 30 blocks for a finished size of approximately 58"x60.5". This is a very easy, beginner friendly project. The blocks are fast and easy to piece together. I made mine in the span of two nights with some blog reading in between :0). If you make a quilt with these measurements, I'd love to see it. Enjoy!
Well it is so cute. I like it. Simple but it pops big time. The binding is killer!
ReplyDeleteSo I don't like AB fabrics by themselves that much - but once you put them together into something, I think they're great...like this quilt! BTW - if you're feeling super lazy, you can use a Moda solids jelly roll so you don't have to cut the solid, lol! so the block is 10.5x12 (if my math is correct)??
ReplyDeleteWow, you're so fast! I am at a snail's pace compared to you. Love it!

ReplyDeleteThe quilt looks so pretty! I really love how you sent her the measurements, though!!! That would be a great idea just for myself to remember piece and block sizes.
